Chris did an amazing job selling a property that needed a lot of work and imagination. He advised us of the things that needed to be done prior to putting it on the market and organised everything. He achieved the price we were after and at no point pressured us to accept lower offers. The sale was stress free, we didn’t have to do a thing.
