    We will take a walk through your property with you, we want to get a good understanding of what you’ve loved about your home. We develop a buyer brief during this time so its important we know what points are going to make the difference in your eventual sale price!

Is your home going to appeal more in Summer, Winter or Spring. Aside from this, can we isolate a time of year or year itself where your property value will be significantly different, and thus should we wait for then.

    During and following the walk through of your home, we will discuss what pre-marketing works are necessary.
    Our team will organise all quotes, negotiate with trades and ensure high quality for the lowest price. We also organise access if you are unavailable or away.

    It starts with our ‘pre-launch’ strategy, a targeted and bespoke marketing plan to ready active buyers or buyers’ agencies prior to the launch of your property. Our social media marketing expertise in conjunction with our accurately maintained buyer database performs miracles and allows us to ensure a wider audience is met at your first open home.

    We operate 7 days per week, offering both open homes and private inspections on any day, including Sunday. Our Sunday open homes and private inspections allow us to show your buyers through multiple times, prior to the new week beginning. This creates urgency, it allows buyers to be ready and most importantly, eliminates any chance of new listings becoming competition in the new week. This increases demand! Alongside this, most of your future competition will be launched during the week, if we can have buyers ready and able to make a decision prior to seeing any other listing, it will increase your chance of an offer. This reduces supply!

    Throughout your campaign, you are kept up to date with progress, interest, listing performance, recommendations, everything you need to know.
